{"id":56,"date":"2015-07-29T03:23:23","date_gmt":"2015-07-29T03:23:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.navigationmaven.com\/?p=56"},"modified":"2015-09-21T01:59:05","modified_gmt":"2015-09-21T01:59:05","slug":"how-to-get-to-crested-butte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.navigationmaven.com\/index.php\/2015\/07\/29\/how-to-get-to-crested-butte\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Get to Crested Butte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Crested Butte isn&#8217;t exactly easy to get to, but there a number of ways to find your way to the mountain. \u00a0Of course, the usual methods are obvious options &#8211; driving or flying. \u00a0For some, driving may seem like an unrealistic option due to the distance, but it has a few\u00a0advantages:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>1. \u00a0Packing (see my post on what to pack)<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00a0Acclimation to the elevation<\/p>\n<p>3. \u00a0No rental car expenses<\/p>\n<p>4. Traveling companions &#8211; take your dog!
